Duties include keeping personnel and financial records of the corporation, preparing monthly treasurer's report presented to the board of directors, preparing payroll, conducting financial transactions, preparing all Federal, State, City, Unemployment Compensation tax returns, typing all correspondence, assisting in the coordination of activities for clients and volunteers, and writing financial and database computer programs.
October 1990 - February 1992: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to the Commander of the United States Army Postal Group in Europe. Responsibilities included accurately typing and proofreading all correspondence, policies and procedures written by the commander and headquarters staff. Coordinated monthly meetings between postal company commanders and platoon leaders. Ensured all mail and distribution was processed expediently.
August 1989 - September 1990: CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK for the Identification Card Processing Center at Fort Hood, Texas. Processed over 58,000 Identification Card applications and ensured statistical record were accurate. Typed all correspondence and reports generated in the Identification Card Center.
